How will customers get the return label?
For defective products
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way please email us at info@homeandindustrial.co.uk and we will send you email with your return label. Return cost in this case is our responsibility.
For customer remorse
If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item. please email us at info@homeandindustrial.co.uk and we will send you email with your return label. Return cost is customer's responsibility.

You can return your purchase for a refund for any reason provided that:
The item is returned within 14 Days of delivery.
Items are returned unused and in original packaging.
You will need to pay the return delivery costs and these are non-refundable. We will only refund postage costs in case of a faulty product.
